    • Burglary — Joseph Sinawain Keroles, 43, no known address. Ashland police Monday arrested Keroles on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree felony assault, harassment, interfering with police, contempt of court and a probation violation for first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Richard Moore Smith III, 31, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Smith on charges of possession of heroin, delivery of heroin, delivery of methamphetamine, assault of an officer and failure to appear on two counts of third-degree assault. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Mauricio Christian Gutierrez, 21, of the 300 block of South Rose Street, Phoenix. Talent police Tuesday arrested Gutierrez on charges of possession of heroin, felon in possession of a weapon and failure to appear on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Joe Vernon Geronimo Robinson, 32, of the 200 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Robinson Tuesday made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
    • Drugs — Kent McLeod Fishwick, 25, of the 3400 block of Viewpoint Drive, Medford. Sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Fishwick on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs, racketeering — Kalina Renee Baines, 28, no known address. Oregon State Police Tuesday arrested Baines on two counts of racketeering, delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, delivery of methamphetamine, delivery of marijuana, delivery of oxycodone, first-degree theft and initiating a false police report. She was lodged in jail on $1 million bail.
    • Drugs — Faletolu Arona Aumau Jr., 25, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Aumau on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Rape — Gildardo Flores-Ramirez, 25, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Flores-Ramirez on charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and a parole violation for second-degree rape. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Phillip W. Bolton-Frank, 18, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Bolton-Frank on charges of possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    Crime reports
    Theft — 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 6:52 a.m. Tuesday of a theft from a motor vehicle during which a computer tablet, Nintendo video game system, shoes, miscellaneous makeup and a backpack were taken. The loss was valued at $905.
