    ASHLAND CITY BAND: The community band, directed by Don Bieghler, plays at 7 p.m. Thursdays through Aug. 14 in the Butler Band Shell in Ashland's Lithia Park. This week they'll perform selections of patriotic marches, Broadway hits, original orchestral music and a clarinet solo titled "Immer Kleiner." Free.
