    • Drugs — Kimberly Leeann Herring, 25, no known address. Central Point police Saturday arrested Herring on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
    • Fugitive — Theodore Logan Swartzentruber, 38, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Swartzentruber on a warrant of being a fugitive from Washington. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Assault — Michael Douglas Ballard, 25, no known address. Ashland police Sunday arrested Ballard on charges of second-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $1,005,000 bail.
    • Drugs — William Daniel Ternan, 30, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Ternan on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, contempt of court, a probation violation, failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft and giving police false information, and out-of-county warrants for possession and distribution of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $76,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Derrick Lee Atterberry, 34, of the 7000 block of Pepper Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Atterberry on charges of possession of heroin and failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $13,000 bail.
    • Drugs — William Joseph Shepard, 26, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Shepard on charges of possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a police officer and a parole violation for possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $35,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Bryanna Ailise Health, 21, of the 1000 block of Eureka Street, Ashland. Sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Health on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a failure to appear on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.

    • Burglary — 600 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report at 6:06 p.m. Saturday of a burglary to a residence during which two pistols, a silver tanzanite ring, a gold amethyst ring, a silver class ring and some adult toys were taken. The loss was valued at $1,345.
    • Burglary — 1000 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:11 a.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence during which one pool cue signed by Vincent Pastore of "The Sopranos," prescription medication, a compound bow and a metal safe were taken. The loss was valued at $7,800.
