The fair runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, July 15-19, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at The Expo, 1 Peninger Road, Central Point. Admission costs $10, $6 for adults ages 62-74 and is free for kids 12 and younger and adults 75 and older. Admission to the fair is free to everyone on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased at Black Bird Shopping Center, 1810 W. Main St., Medford, Food 4 Less, 2230 Biddle Road, Medford, Sherm's Thunderbird Market, 2347 W. Main St., Medford, or at the gates.
All live music is free to attend with fair admission. Reserved seating for the Lithia Amphitheater shows costs $15, $20 or $30 in advance, or $20, $25 or $35 at the gate. Reserved ticket prices are in addition to fair admission. .
Look for regional artists Jeff Stanley, Danielle Kelly, Mercy, The Seaons, Ben Rice & the Illmatics, The Rogue Suspects and many more on the Main Stage near the Mace Building and the Ranch Stage in front of Compton Arena.
Other activities at this year's fair include a midway show that is larger than ever, a kids zone with petting zoo, a butterfly exhibit, a kids carnival, 4H and Future Farmers of America exhibits, bull riding and a rodeo at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Parking will be available at The Expo for $4 per vehicle. The Crater High School football stadium lot, 655 N. Third St., Central Point, also will be open for parking. Shuttles between The Expo and Crater High School will run every half-hour from 10:30 a.m. to midnight. The shuttle costs $1 for a round trip.
