    • Drugs — Ira Dean Carney, 55, of the 100 block of West Vilas Road, Central Point. Medford police Tuesday arrested Carney on charges of possession of methamphetamine and first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail.
    • Assault — Nathaniel Joseph Overbey, 40, of the 2600 block of Mill Creek Drive, Prospect. Sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Overbey on a charge of fourth-degree felony assault. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
    • Identity theft — Sean Charles Raymond, 33, of the 1600 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Raymond on charges of second-degree theft and identity theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
    Crime reports
    • Theft — 3100 block of Forest Hills Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 11:52 a.m. Monday of a theft from a motor vehicle during which wildland firefighting gear, fishing tackle, shoes and personal documents were taken. The loss was valued at $975.
    • Theft — 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:03 p.m. Monday of a theft of a mountain bike. The loss was valued at $1,800.
    • Burglary — 2900 block of Bullock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday of a burglary to a business during which three computers, a computer monitor and television were taken. The loss was valued at $4,530.
