    CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL: The Storytelling Guild will hold its 48th annual Children's Festival from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, at the Britt Gardens in Jacksonville. The event will include 35 booths with hands-on arts and crafts for children of all ages, stage performances and storytelling on the hill. Admission costs $3 for adults and children. Set in 19th-century France, the musical tells the story of Jean Valjean, a peasant who hopes for redemption after serving 19 years in prison for stealing a loaf of bread.
