    • Identity theft — Larry Ronald Arguijo Jr., 36, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. Arguijo Tuesday made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of identity theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Donella Debora Dorothy Ellis, 39, of the 200 block of De Barr Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Ellis on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine and identity theft and a probation violation for identity theft. She was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Clifford Lee Oxford, 54, of the 400 block of Boardman Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Oxford on charges of possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
    • Vehicle theft — Felix Cisneros, 25, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Cisneros on two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two counts of reckless driving. He was lodged in jail on $18,000 bail.
    • Theft — Aubrey James Hatfield, 27, no known address. Sheriff's deputies Wednesday arrested Hatfield on charges of first-degree aggravated theft and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
    • Assault — Benny Richard Desimone, 23, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Desimone on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $12,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Brittney Nicole Jenkins, 26, no known address. Sheriff's deputies Wednesday arrested Jenkins on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
    Crime reports
    • Burglary — 2700 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary to a residence during which several guns were taken. The loss was valued at $1,000.
    • Theft — 3500 block of Heathrow Way, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday of a theft of a computer. The loss was valued at $1,200.
    • Theft — First block of East Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday of a theft of a bike. The loss was valued at $900
    Fire calls
    Structure fire — 2000 block of Lazy Creek Drive, Medford. Medford Fire-Rescue responded to a report at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday of a structure fire. The fire is believed to have been started by a faulty electrical socket. Flames were contained to one bedroom, but the entire home suffered smoke damage. No one was injured.
