Matcha Whipped Cream

1 teaspoon high-quality matcha (powdered green tea)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Make sure bowl and beaters are cold. Add the matcha to the cream and beat until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and continue beating to incorporate it.

Serve dollops of cream over brownies or strawberry shortcake.

Makes about 6 servings.
