Matcha Latte

3/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon high-quality matcha (powdered green tea), plus more for garnish

Sugar, to taste

Pour the milk into a mug and add the matcha. Froth milk using the attachment on an espresso machine or a hand frother such as the one made by BonJour.

Sweeten with the sugar, to taste. Garnish foam on top with a light sprinkle of additional matcha, if desired.

Makes 1 serving.
