Medford police and other city officials will visit a neighborhood just east of downtown and the freeway to discuss livability and other concerns with people who live there.
As part of Operation C.A.R.E., city teams will walk down Almond, Tripp and Cottage streets, knocking on doors and taking surveys and chatting with residents from 5 to 7 tonight.
This is the seventh effort to identify neighborhood issues that the city could help solve, a news release said. Concerns that will be addressed include social services assistance, public safety and code enforcement.
Surveys will be analyzed and followed up on by appropriate city departments, officials said in a news release.
