A semi crash outside Rogue River has slowed southbound traffic and backed up vehicles for about two miles.The Oregon Department of Transportation reported the crash occurred about 1:30 p.m. near milepost 50. A semi truck carrying about 60,000 pounds of meat crashed while driving south and came to rest on its side.
