Felony arrests Drugs — Nicole Heavenly Ingraham, 32, of the 13000 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Medford police Monday arrested Ingraham on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine as well as failing to appear on previous drug and other charges. She was lodged Monday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance.
