A man is in the Jackson County Jail for allegedly sexually abusing a child under the age of 13 during an overnight stay at the child's home.Timothy Dean Diaz, 22, was arrested Monday on charges of first- and second-degree sexual abuse, according to a press release from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
