Robbery - Javier Gonzalez Licea, 30, of the 200 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Gonzalez Licea late Friday and charged him with third-degree robbery and third-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $6,000 bail.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle - Patrick Farrell Norton, 45, of Reno, Nev. Oregon State Police arrested Norton late Friday and charged him with unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was jailed on $10,000 bail.

Drugs - Corey Lynn Gallagher, 36, of the 800 block of Bennett Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gallagher early Saturday and charged him with possession of amphetamine. He was jailed on $5,000 bail.

Drugs - Amanda Lora Sheppard, 19, no permanent address. Medford police arrested Sheppard early Saturday and charged her with possession, manufacture and delivery of amphetamine. She was jailed on $25,000 bail.

Drugs - Mark Allen Atkins, 26, no permanent address. Medford police arrested Atkins Saturday and charged him with possession, manufacture and delivery of amphetamine and manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. There was also a warrant for his arrest stemming from violating probation conditions for a drug conviction. He was jailed without bail.

Assault - Toby Allen Atchley, 32, of the 1800 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford and Central Point police arrested Atchley Saturday and charged him with fourth-degree felony domestic assault, fourth-degree domestic assault, harassment, possession of amphetamine and two counts of endangering a minor. He was jailed on $25,000 bail.

Drugs - Kathleen Mae Parsons, 43, of the 1500 block of West Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Parsons Saturday and charged her with possession of amphetamine. She was jailed on $5,000 bail.

Drugs - Glenn Scott Henney, 42, of the 6300 McLoughlin Drive, Central Point. Sheriff's deputies arrested Henney and charged him with possession of amphetamine. He was jailed on $5,000 bail.

Theft - Medford police on Friday were investigating a report of tools with an estimated value of $3,300 stolen from a vehicle at the 700 block of Cardley Avenue, Medford.

Theft - Ashland police on Friday were investigating a report of underwear with an estimated value of $66 stolen from a residence at the 500 block of Clay Street, Ashland.

Restraining order violation - Timothy William Stark, 34, of North Ridge, Calif. Sheriff's deputies arrested Stark early Saturday and charged him with violating a restraining order and interfering with a police officer. He was jailed on $9,000 bail.
