Felony arrests

• Drugs — Flor Silvestre Pineda, 27, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Pineda made her initial appearance Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked Tuesday at the Jackson County Jail and released.
• Burglary — Stephen Wayne Newell, 27, of the 300 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Newell on charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Tuesday in lieu of $24,000 bail.
• Theft — Casandra Kay Soto, 36, of the 1600 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Soto on a charge of first-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was released Tuesday after posting bail.
• Drugs — Sandra Jean Glenn, 36, of the 8000 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Central Point police Monday arrested Glenn on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday without bail pending a commitment hearing on a drug charge.
• Drugs — Thomas Joe Perez, 24, of the 900 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. Central Point police Monday arrested Perez on charge of possession, manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday on $25,000 bail.
• Drugs — Ralph Waldo Marsh III, 30, of the 1300 block of Far West Avenue, Central Point. Marsh made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on one count each of possession and delivery of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of contraband. He was booked at the Jackson County Jail and released.
• Drugs — Andrew Daniel Bilyeu, 23, of the first block of North Peach Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Bilyeu on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail for violating his parole on a previous drug conviction.
• Theft — Rick David Knight, 52, of the 14000 block of Antioch Road, White City. Medford police Monday arrested Knight on charges of first-degree theft and hindering prosecution. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was later released on bail.
• Robbery — Chaz Albert Lindsay, 22, of the 1000 block of Jolisa Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Lindsay on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree theft and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $12,000 bail.
• Drugs — Collin Edward Russell, 33, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Russell on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $13,000 bail.
