Pam Westland has been named manager of the Real Estate Loan Division at the Medford branch of People's Bank of Commerce.
Westland has more than 20 years of mortgage and banking experience and will oversee marketing and operations of the division, and the supervision of the sales and operations staff. Westland has been with the bank three years and managed its real estate operations staff before her promotion.
She earned a bachelor of arts degree in education at Oregon State University.
Thomas Smith, who operates the Midas store in Medford, has been named District Dealer of the Year by Midas, based on shop operations, customer satisfaction and retail sales. There are 2,600 Midas shops in 17 countries.
