Criminal mischief — Christopher McCallister-Nixon, 29, of the 800 block of Kevin Way, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested McCallister-Nixon on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering. He booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Sex offender — Kenard Fitzgerald Barral, 46, no known address. Barral appeared Thursday on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Alvaro Haro, 18, of the 1100 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Haro appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with four counts of identity theft and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Aaron David Gallery, 30, of the 1800 block of Spring Street, Medford. Gallery appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Rape — Russell John Mak, 40, of the 400 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Mak appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of third-degree rape. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Warrant — Judd Alvin Sansaver, 33, of the 200 block of King Street, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Sansaver on a warrant charging him with possession of methadone and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Assault — Christina Laura Bongcayao, 27, of the 800 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Bongcayao on two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of reckless endanger. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $58,000 bail. Forgery, illegal alien — Alfredo Suarez-Ortega, 22, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Suarez-Ortega on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument and suspicion of being in the country illegally. He was lodged in jail without bail. Vehicle theft, theft — Lee Russell Wood, 37, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Wood on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, two counts of reckless endangering, driving under the influence of intoxicants, first-degree theft and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $60,000 bail.
