He probably said a few things you’d just as soon forget. But if father knew best when it came to teaching some life lessons, we’d like to hear about it for an upcoming story.

We’re looking for stories from readers, in 100 words or less, that describe the best lesson you ever learned from your father.

Some of the responses we receive will be part of a June 17 Father’s Day story in the printed newspaper and online.

To include your response, we need your name, a daytime contact number and the name of the town where you live. Remember: Responses are limited to 100 words, and the deadline to reply is 5 p.m. June 11.

Send responses to Mail Tribune newsroom, P.O. Box 1108, Medford, OR 97501 or to rgalvin@mailtribune.com.
