A winner and three finalists for the Oregon Book Awards will read from what they wrote in Ashland tonight.

The authors read and sign books in the free event at 7 p.m. at Southern Oregon University’s Hannon Library, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland.

Featured will be Richard Moeschl, winner of the Angus Bowmer Award in drama for “Arthur’s Dreams,” Scott Nadelson, finalist in short fiction for “The Cantor’s Daughter,” Paulann Petersen, finalist in poetry for “The Bride of Narrow Escape” and Keith J. Scales, finalist in drama for “What Mad Pursuit.”

They will read selections from their pieces and answer questions from the audience.

The Oregon Book Awards is a program of Literary Arts, a nonprofit organization.
