Kenneth Michael Tharp, 35, of the 1900 block of Alamar St., Medford. Tharp appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge (see correction below) of three counts of fourth-degree assault, reckless driving, three counts of a hit and run and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked in jail where he remained late Tuesday without bail. Joel Flores-Valtierra, 48, of an unknown address. Talent police arrested Flores-Valtierra Tuesday on four counts of fourth-degree assault and three counts of harassment. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday in lieu of $27,000 bail. Denise Ann Tinkey, 44, of the 8500 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Tinkey appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment of methamphetamine possession. She was released into home detention. Ramona Dawn Beers, 41, of the 1100 block of Niantic Street, Medford. Beers appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge (see correction below) of methamphetamine possession. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail. Jeffrey Allen Lockard, 49, of an unknown address. Medford police arrested Lockard Tuesday on charges of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday in lieu of $5,000 bail. Justin Franklin Cabe, 26, of the 3800 block of Clinton Ave., Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Cabe Tuesday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine possession, felony possession and concealment of a weapon, providing false information and failure to appear for prior charges of felony possesion of a weapon and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday in lieu of $51,500 bail. Ian Meyer Klaus, 25, of the 400 block of Ambrose St., Gold Hill. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Klaus Tuesday on charges of two counts of possession of methadone, four counts of possession of a synthetic, and two counts of tampering with evidence. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail where he remained late Tuesday in lieu of $34,000 bail. Ismael Salas-Ibarra, 18, of the 3100 block of Avenue A, White City. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Salas-Ibarra Tuesday on charges of two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and one count of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in county jail where he remained late Tuesday in lieu of $14,000 bail.

Motor Vehicle Accident

Four minors were injured in a vehicle rollover at 9 p.m. Tuesday in a field at East Valley View at the four corners of Valley View in Ashland. All were transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center and were in critical condition late Tuesday.
