CENTRAL POINT — Josh Camp pitched a complete game in the opener and homered in both games to lead the South Medford Colts to a 7-2 and 14-8 American Legion A sweep of Central Point on Wednesday.

CENTRAL POINT — Josh Camp pitched a complete game in the opener and homered in both games to lead the South Medford Colts to a 7-2 and 14-8 American Legion A sweep of Central Point on Wednesday.

Camp struck out 11 Central Point Combined Transport batters in the first game and went 2-for-4. In the nightcap, he was 3-for-4 with a double to go with his homer as South Medford evened its record at 6-6.

Johnny Wood was 2-for-4 for Central Point (1-9) in Game 1.

In the second game, Central Point's Steven Ruvalcaba was 3-for-3 with a double, and Wood and Bryce Peila each had two hits.
