Kathleen Lucille Donelson



Kathleen Lucille Donelson passed away on June 19, 2007 at the age of 90. She was born in December, 1916 in Web City, Ark. She and her husband, Jack L. Donelson, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in November, 2006. During their years together, they enjoyed traveling and square dancing. For the past 17 years, they lived in Gold Hill, Ore.



Mrs. Donelson lived and worked many years in Redding and Oroville, Calif. at Montgomery Wards. During the 1950's, Mrs. Donelson, then married to Thomas A. Cutler, lived and raised her children in Oroville, Calif. She was a lifetime member of the Eagles Auxiliary and holds a 50 year membership in the Eagles Auxiliary, both in the Oroville and Grants Pass chapters.



Kathleen Donelson is survived by her husband, Jack L. Donelson; her son, L. Dale Cutler and his wife, Mary, of Shasta Lake, Calif.; her daughter, Sarah Eloise Case and her husband Bill, of Sun City, Calif.; her daughter Patricia Sue Brokaw and her husband Fred, of Oroville, Calif.; her step-son and his wife, Fred and Kathy Donelson, of Boquete, Panama; and her step-son, Sam Donelson.



She had five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Mrs. Donelson's younger sister and brother-in-law, Wilma and Ken Lupold, and younger brother, Bill Hays, preceded her in death.



A family memorial will be held in two weeks in remembrance and celebration of Kathleen's life.
