The Oregon Shakespeare Festival Noon Lecture Series will present "The Making of 'Tracy's Tiger'."

Co-playwright and director Penny Metropulos and co-playwright, composer and music director Sterling Tinsley will discuss how they and two other collaborators — actor Linda Alper and writer/dramaturg Douglas Langworthy — developed the play based on the William Saroyan novella. The play is a world premiere musical running through Oct. 28 in OSF's New Theatre.

The lecture is at noon today at Oregon Shakespeare Festival's Carpenter Hall, 15 S. Pioneer St., Ashland. Admission is $7 general; $6 for OSF members; $5.25 for youths 6-17. Call 482-4331.
