Assault — Jesse Raymond Wales, 27, of the 200 block of West Main Street, Medford. Talent Police Sunday arrested Wales on charges of unlawfully using a stun gun, strangulation, assault and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on bail. Assault — Kristopher Dean Lummer, 26, of the 3000 block of Falcon Street in White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies on Monday arrested Lummer on charges of assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail. Burglary — Raul Chavez Garcia Jr., 20, of the 800 block of Clay Street, Ashland. Ashland Police on Sunday arrested Garcia on charges of attempted burglary, possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail and held on $18,000 bail. Burglary — Julian Bautista Arroyo, 24, of the 800 block of Place Street, Ashland. Ashland Police on Sunday arrested Arroyo on charges of attempted burglary, possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail and held on $18,000 bail. Drugs — Ruth Ann Simmons, 49, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies on Sunday arrested Simmons on charges of possession of methamphetamine and hallucinogenic mushrooms. She was lodged in jail without bail. Endangering — Billy Jack McBride, 39, of the 100 block of Napa Street, Eagle Point. Medford Police on Sunday arrested McBride on charges of child endangerment and delivering a controlled substance to a minor. He was lodged in jail on $24,000 bail. Sex-offender registration — James Vincent Mendolia, 31, of the 200 block of Surrey Drive, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Mendolia for failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was lodged in jail, where he was later released on bail. Drugs — Micah Lynn Warren, 20, of Redmond. Medford police Monday arrested Warren on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he was later released on bail. Theft — Jaime Rene Vaninetti, 29, of the 2300 block of Sunnyview Lane, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Vaninetti on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was lodged in jail, where she was later released on her own recognizance because of jail overcrowding. Burglary — Ruth Ann Simmons, 49, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Simmons on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $40,000 bail. Assault — Lawrence William Hunsaker, 38, of the 500 block of Main Street, Butte Falls. Hunsaker made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of third-degree assault. He was booked Monday into jail and released.
