KLAMATH FALLS — Klamath Falls police say a 22-year-old man accused of killing two people has been arrested in Northern California.

Matthew Avina-Norris is charged with aggravated murder in the shooting deaths of 20-year-old Marissa Lynn Orlow and 22-year-old David Joshua Kitts at a Klamath Falls apartment on Sunday.

Another shooting victim, Kitts' 18-year-old wife, Melissa Ann Kitts, is in stable condition at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland.

KFLS-AM in Klamath Falls says several law enforcement agencies assisted in the arrest of Avina-Norris on Monday after they got a tip he was in Northern California.
