Identity theft, theft — Millissia Ann Milburn, 35, of the 700 block of Halvorsen Street, Medford. Milburn appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of identity theft and first-degree theft. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Assault — Gary McNeal Randle, 27, of the 200 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Central Point police Wednesday arrested Randle on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree felony assault and strangulation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $34,000 bail. Robbery, assault — Amanda Marie Rauls, 22, of the 300 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Rauls on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mistreatment. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on more than $2 million bail. Burglary, theft — Timothy Robert Roy, 37, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper Wednesday arrested Roy on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $25,000 bail.
