Displays of aircraft, demonstrations of radio-controlled airplanes, airplane and helicopter rides and a flour-bombing competition are planned today at the Medford airport.

Displays of aircraft, demonstrations of radio-controlled airplanes, airplane and helicopter rides and a flour-bombing competition are planned today at the Medford airport.

The open house and air show are set from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Medford Air Service, 4002 Cirrus Drive, near the west end of the airport. The show continues for the same hours on Sunday. It's free.

Aircraft on display will include an F-15 Eagle fighter, a Blackhawk assault helicopter and a Coast Guard rescue helicopter.
