Sex offender — Joaquin Amadeus Cowart, 29, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Cowart on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Theft — Carly Rachelle Torres, 33, of the 2900 block of Songbird Lane, Medford. Torres appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Toni Ann Fuller, 40, of the 1900 block of Woodside Drive, Medford. Fuller appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft, vehicle theft — Bill Raymond Holdeman, 20, of the 100 block of Eagle View Drive, Eagle Point. Holdeman appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Kassie Marie Libbett, 22, of the first block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Libbett appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jeffrey Wayne Webb, 23, of the 500 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Webb on charges of possession of cocaine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Warrant — Angalique Clara Beck, 26, of the 6400 block of Foley Lane, Central Point. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Beck on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail. Theft — Amanda Marie Wright, 20, of the 700 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Wright on charges of first-degree theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree theft, second-degree theft, conspiracy to commit second-degree theft and two counts of second-degree burglary. She was lodged in jail on $38,000 bail. Assault — Micah Scott Bogart, 22, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Bogart on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and interfering with a police report. He was lodged in jail on $9,000 bail.Vehicle theft, drugs — Race Little Eagle Pearson, 22, of the 2000 block of Brookhurst Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Pearson on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
