Betty Ann Elliott



Betty Ann Elliott passed away September 14th, 2007, at her home in Jacksonville. A celebration of life will be Oct. 14th, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 505 Carriage Lane, Jacksonville. Officiating will be Al Braud at 2:00 p.m.



Betty was born in January, 1933, in Roswell, N.M. to Lois and Wayne Stinson. She later married Irving Elliott on Sept. 18th, 1976, in Gasquet, Calif. Before retiring in 1997, she served as an RN at Seaside Hospital. Her hobbies included doll making, quilt making, painting (pastels and water colors). She also loved opera and classical music.



She is survived by her husband, Irving Elliott; sisters, Peggy Sue Pick (Henry), Betty Lou Snyder (Charlie); brothers Gene Whitehead (Mae), and Al Whitehead Jr. (Lacy); daughters, Pamela Russell, Connie Lufkin (Bruce), Nancy Pidgeon (Bill), Nickie Villalobos (Paul); cousin, Alene Tackaberry; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her parents, Lois and Wayne Stinson.
