An Old Testament story comes to the stage of the Craterian Gingers Rogers Theater tonight when the Rogue Valley Chorale performs "Elijah."

The show begins at 8 p.m. at the Crate, 23 S. Central Ave. in Medford. Tickets are $5 for students, $20 for adults. It repeats at 3 p.m. Sunday.

The chorale has shipped in Chris Thompson, a baritone who has sung in concert and opera in New York, San Diego, Kansas and Louisiana, to stage the production and perform the lead role.
