Lenora Coffman, went home to her Lord and Savior on October 23, 2007, following a brief illness. She passed away in Renton, Wash. She was born in Reydon, Okla., to Joseph and Lillie Scrivner on September 14, 1923. The family moved to the Rogue Valley when she was eleven. She met her future husband shortly thereafter, and married him November, 1942. He preceded her in death in 1996.
She attended school in Phoenix, Ore., and was a lifelong homemaker. She was very active in her local church. She enjoyed singing soprano with the Sweet Adelines. Her favorite pastime was playing Scrabble.
Survivors include her son, Lynn Coffman, of Medford; daughter, Anita Coffman, of Seatac, Wash.; granddaughters, Michelle and Heather Coffman, of Medford; and dear friend, Krista Chapman, who helped care for her during the last few years of her life.
Private interment was at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorial service is planned for November 2, at 2:00 p.m., at the LDS church, 2141 Brookhurst, Medford, OR.
