Drugs — Dennis Leslie Yates, Jr., 41, of the 1100 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Yates on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance near a school. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $20,000 bail. Theft — Steven Ray Knabenbauer, 51, of the first block of North Orange Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Knabenbauer on a warrant charging him with first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $10,000 bail. Theft — Richard Carl George, 37, of the 300 block of North Fifth Avenue, Gold Hill. Medford police Monday added a charge of first-degree theft to George, who was arrested Sunday for allegedly violating the conditions of his probation from a previous drug conviction. He remained held Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Carly Dyan Street, 24, of the 400 block of North Laurel Street, Ashland. Street made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession and manufacture of marijuana. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released. Burglary — Patrick Murphy Hayley, Jr., 44, of the 200 block of North Holly Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Hayley on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree trespass. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $29,000 bail. Identity theft — Nicholaus Allen Knickerbocker, 25, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Knickerbocker on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, and attempted second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $16,000 bail.

Theft — 500 block of East Vilas Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:18 a.m. of the theft of a utility trailer valued at $4,000. The trailer has an Oregon license U329674. Theft — 300 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:24 a.m. of the theft of a .32-caliber Beretta Tomcat pistol. Theft — 2800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:05 a.m. of the theft of a purse containing $700 in cash and $210 in gift cards. The overall loss was valued at $1,210.
