Celebrate the new year with live music by The Gottwood Brothers at the Bella Union, 170 W. California St., Jacksonville. There will be a complimentary champagne toast and party favors. Roscoe's BBQ, 117 S. Main St., Phoenix, will offer dinner for two, a champagne toast and dancing to music by Soul Food on New Year's Eve. Cost is $50 per couple. The rock band Three performs New Year's Eve at 4 Daughters Irish Pub — a new club in downtown Medford. The address is 126 W. Main St. Hot Gossip will perform rock 'n' roll for dancing at the Buzz Saw Saloon, and The Fabulous Fairlanes will perform at the Ramada Grand Ballroom. Both venues are at 2260 Biddle Road, Medford. Admission costs $15 per person or $25 per couple and includes both shows. Red X will perform in Characters Lounge at the Red Lion Hotel. The House Cats will perform in the hotel's Grand Ballroom. Admission to both shows costs $15 per person or $25 per couple and includes party favors and a champagne toast. The Rhythm Kings will perform at Alex's Plaza Restaurant, 35 N. Main St., Ashland. Cover will be $10. For some New Orleans style jazz and blues, make your reservations at the Avalon Bar and Grill, 105 W. Valley View Road, Talent, for The Scogmo Brothers. Cover will be $25 and includes party favors and a champagne toast.
