April Dawn Howell and Donald Alan Richards were married Sept. 8 at the Church of God Holiness in Rogue River. The bride's father, William Howell, officiated.

April Dawn Howell and Donald Alan Richards were married Sept. 8 at the Church of God Holiness in Rogue River. The bride's father, William Howell, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of William and Patricia Howell of Rogue River. A 1994 homeschool graduate, she works in food service at Emilia's Coffee Shop at Asante RVMC in Medford.

The groom is the son of Paul and Barbara Richards. A 1976 graduate of Grants Pass High School, he is a route salesman with Williams Bakery in Medford.

Maid of honor was Kym Plankenhorn of Central Point. Bridesmaids were the bride's sisters, Juli Howell of Central Point and Robin Howell of Hugo.

Best man was the groom's son, Christopher Richards of Pea Ridge, Ark. Groomsmen were the groom's brother, Luis Richards of Merlin and Joe Fascilla of Central Point. Ushers were the bride's brothers, Tom Howell of Central Point and Bob Howell of Harper's Ferry, W.Va.

Flower girls were the groom's granddaughter, Lilie Richards of Pea Ridge, Ark.

Ring bearer was the bride's nephew, Zach Murphy of Medford.

Candlelighters were the bride's nephews, Michael Leventin of Medford and Alex Schroeder of Central Point.

Following the ceremony, the bride's family and friends hosted a reception at the Rogue River Church of God Holiness.

After a one-week wedding trip to Victoria, Canada, the newlyweds are living in Medford.
