The city of Medford continues meetings today in preparation for a possible request to expand its urban growth boundary.

Today’s meeting between the City Council and city Planning Commission is set from noon to 1 p.m. in Room 151 of the city’s Lausmann Annex, 200 S. Ivy St. The work session is open to the public.

A consultant is scheduled to talk about commercial and industrial land needs, including employment forecasts, which may lead to a request by the city to expand its growth boundary.
