Two state representatives and a senator meet with the public today to talk about the Legislature’s session that begins next month.

Today’s town-hall meeting is set at 6 p.m. in council chambers at Medford City Hall, 411 W. Eighth St. It’s open to the public.

Taking part will be state Sen. Alan Bates, an Ashland Democrat; state Rep. Peter Buckley, an Ashland Democrat; and state Rep. Sal Esquivel, a Medford Republican.

They plan to talk about issues on the agenda in Salelm next month.
“Questions, concerns and suggestions are welcome and needed,” a press release on the event said.

The meeting will be broadcast live on RVTV, public access Channel 9.
