The League of Women Voters plans a panel discussion in Ashland today about homelessness.

It begins at noon in the Gresham Room at the Ashland library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd. It's open to the public.

Since the library will be closed, attendees may enter by the back door and take the elevator or stairs to the Gresham Room.

Panelists will include Arnie Green, former executive director of Community Works; Terry Holderness, Ashland's chief of police; Graham Lewis, a member of the Ashland Housing Commission and former president of the Ashland Chamber of Commerce; Daniel Rueff, an activist for the homeless; and Sharon Schreiber, the executive director of Interfaith Care Community.
