Jacob J. "Jake" Henry



Jacob J. "Jake" Henry, of Medford, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at his sister's home in Dayton.



He was born January 1, 1989, in Klamath Falls.



A private family service was held in McMinnville on Friday, February 22, 2008.



Jacob was the son of Jay and Kathryn Nichole Baker Henry. He attended grade school in Pleasant Hill, attended junior high in Merrill, and his first three years of high school were at Lost River High School, in Merrill. He was president of FFA, student body vice president, as well as an outstanding football player. He graduated with honors from St. Mary's High School in Medford, where he was a president merit scholar.



Jacob is survived by his parents, Jay Henry, of Polson, Mont., and Nicole Davenport, of La Grande; step mother, Evelyn Henry, of Polson, Mont.; grandfathers, Charles Baker, of Arizona, and James Henry, of Merrill; grandmother, Kathryn Baker, of Nevada; brothers, Jeremy Eberhardt, of Ellensburg, Wash., Michael Henry, of Seattle, Wash., and Derrick Needle, of Vashon Island, Wash.; sisters, Sunny Moore, of Dayton, and Hailey Henry, of Polson, Mont.
