The Oregon parties run closed primaries, so only registered members of each party can vote in that party's primary. You can re-register as a party member by April 29 to vote in the partisan primaries in May.

In the May election, all registered voters will have the chance to vote for nonpartisan candidates, including judicial candidates, district attorney, county clerk, assessor and surveyor, as well as ballot measures.
