Gerald L. Lillibridge



Gerald L. Lillibridge, 78, of Ashland, died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at home.



He was born September 8, 1929, in Norco, Calif., the son of Vera and Lynn Lillibridge. He served in the U.S. Navy and later with the Naval civil service as an engineering technician. He retired after 25 years of service.



On June 27, 1954, in Corona, Calif., he married the former Betty Ann Walker, who survives him. In 1978, they moved from Camarillo, Calif., to Ashland, Ore., where Mr. Lillibridge began a career in real estate. He worked with Strout Realty and later Century 21.



Jerry enjoyed outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and family. He was a member of the Ashland Bible Church.



Surviving in addition to his wife are: a son, Mark Lillibridge and his wife, Trecia of Ashland; a daughter, Gerean Pflug, of Ashland; two brothers, Neil Lillibridge, of Corona, Calif., and Jim Lillibridge, of Arizona; and one grandchild, Nicholle Pflug, of Medford.



The memorial service for Gerald Lynn Lillibridge will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 25, 2008, at the Ashland Bible Church, Ashland. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Resources of Oregon, 3975 Mercantile Dr., Ste. 154, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.
