The Medford School District will hold a construction safety meeting at 7 p.m. for residents living near the new South Medford High School at Columbus and Cunningham avenues.

The meeting at Harvest Baptist Temple, 2001 S. Columbus Ave. in Medford will provide details on the construction timeline and measures that crews will use to reduce the impact of the work on surrounding areas.

School officials and contractor Hogan Construction will take questions from the audience.

Construction is set to begin sometime in July and will take about two years to complete.
