Pacific Power plans to interrupt electric service tonight to about 920 customers north of White City and south of Highway 234 to make repairs needed after a recent outage.

Tonight's outage is scheduled from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Wednesday, the power company said. The area affected is the same one that lost power July 14.

Workers must repair and replacing equipment at the Fraley substation that were damaged in the July 14 outage, the company said.

Pacific Power called as many affected customers as possible prior to the outage.

Customers with questions about the planned outage can call Pacific Power at 1-888-221-7070. Any outages outside the affected area should still be reported to Pacific Power at 1-877-LITES OUT (1-877-548-3768).
