John Walker Morrison

In loving memory of John Walker Morrison, born Dec. 6, 1930, in St. Louis, Mo., and married to Loretta Pashia, of St. Louis. He is survived by his wife; children, John, Mike, Laura (Richard) and Karen (Frank); three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was a family man; a wonderful, loving husband and father. John was the heart and soul of the family. He was always there to help a person in need, creating a special relationship with all he encountered. He was loved by all and will be deeply missed. He was a man of many talents and hobbies; model building, trains, RC cars and planes. He could work on anything, and loved to share his accomplishments with his family and friends. He loved to tell a good joke and had a quick wit. John served as a Marine in WWII, and was a religous man of Catholic faith, believing deeply in God and worshipped at Our Lady of Fatima. He passed away Oct. 22, 2008, peacefully in his sleep. Service is on Oct. 28, 2008, at — p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Shady Cove. XXOO
