Coping with the suicide of a friend or a loved one will be the topic of a "Survivors of Suicide" conference from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Smullin Center on the campus of Rogue Valley Medical Center, 2825 E. Barnett Road, Medford.

Coping with the suicide of a friend or a loved one will be the topic of a "Survivors of Suicide" conference from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Smullin Center on the campus of Rogue Valley Medical Center, 2825 E. Barnett Road, Medford.

The program is part of a national event sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. There will be a national video presentation and panel discussion followed by a local panel discussion group led by people whose lives have been touched by suicide.
