Phil Kreisler Klamm

Philip Klamm passed away in Medford, Ore., Oct. 27, 2008. He was born in St. Louis, Mo., on Jan. 24, 1936, to Elmer Philip Klamm and Irene Mae Kreisler Klamm. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Bullock Klamm; sister, Jeannine (Thomas) McCaig; children, Lori Holloway, Brian Klamm, Kristin (Randall) Klamm-Doneen; foster daughter, Maria (Armondo) Navarro; former wife, Ruth Mattson-Klamm; grandchildren, Kristofer Holloway and Claire Katz, Brian Alexander and Spencer Klamm, Shane Gambill, Dean and Cilla Doneen, Armondo Jr., Cyndie and Chrystie Navarro, Candie (Javier) Lorenzo; and two great-grandchildren, Trinity and Angelica Lorenzo.

Phil will be greatly missed by his many friends and family for both his heart and mind. His career was in accounting with computerized financial systems, though his passion was always church, politics, travel, and peace and justice work. Phil played a very active roll in the creation of the local Citizens for Peace and Justice group in Jackson County. A local memorial has already been held.
