The show starts at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the club, 1951 Highway 66, Ashland.

According to The Night Crawler, Tempo's purveyor of insight about all persons and things that come out after dark — or not — if you haven't heard the Suspects play at Stillwater, you still have no idea how good they sound.

Along with American music aficionado Pevar and rock 'n' roller Frederick, the band's lineup is rounded out by Texas-style blues guitarist Dirk Price, jazz keyboardist Dean Angermeier and soul drummer David Bolen.
