Gretchen Evenson of Trail and Nathan Edmondson of Macon, Ga., plan to marry July 18 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Medford.
Evenson is the daughter of Mike and Lorraine Evenson of Trail. A 2002 graduate of Cascade Christian High School in Medford, she received a bachelor's degree in political science in 2006 from Oregon State University in Corvallis. She is pursuing a master's degree in public administration at Georgia College & State University in Macon, Ga.
Edmondson is the son of Henry and Dorothy Edmondson of Augusta, Ga. A 2004 homeschool graduate, he received a degree in art history and Spanish in 2009 from Mercer University. He is a fiction writer.
Jessica Rigiero and Christopher Empio, both of Medford, plan to marry Aug. 22, in Ashland.
Rigiero is the daughter of Lee and Amanda Rigiero, and Randy and Cheryl Green. A 2004 graduate of South Medford High School, she is currently a student at the Ashland Institute of Massage. She is a chiropractor's assistant at Active Health Chiropractic in Central Point.
Empio is the son of John and Liane Empio of Medford. A 2000 graduate of South Medford High School, he graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego in 2005 with a major in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. He works for United Parcel Service in Medford.
Micaela Boyington of Boise, Idaho, and Zachary Brittsan of Gold Hill plan to marry Aug. 22 in Portland.
Boyington is the daughter of Carmen Boyington of Boise, Idaho, and the late Richard Boyington. A graduate of Boise High School, she received a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a master's degree in library science from the University of Portland. She is the librarian at the Coronado Public Library in San Diego.
Brittsan is the son of Peggy Jahnke of Gold Hill and Ted Brittsan of Veneta. A graduate of Crater High School, he received a bachelor's degree in Spanish and international studies and a master's degree in history from Willamette University. He is a student at the University of California, San Diego.
