Shirley Rose Foreman

A memorial service for Shirley Rose Foreman will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009, at Medford Moose Lodge, 241 E. Barnett Rd. (Behind WINCO). She was born March 15, 1935, in Gibson City, Ill. As an Avid gardner, she enjoyed canning her vegetables and sharing the results with everyone. She retired from 3M company after 25 rewarding years, where she broke through the male dominated jobs to become one of the most productive and loved supervisors 3M had. She was a member of the Woman of the Moose and Eagles Club. She loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, motorcycling and anything to do with the Rogue River.

Shirley was a friendly caring person-from teaching CPR to local Abate motorcycle members to helping the San Francisco 49er Alumni Chapter, Caring for Kids, along with the Special Olympics organizations in Medford and Yuma, Ariz.

Shirley will be missed dearly by family and friends alike. She is survived by husband, Neal Ray Foreman; two sons, Richard and Michael White; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary and Minnie; and brother, Bill.
