Eva Balderree was born in Endicott, WA and passed away May 17, 2009, in Medford, OR. She was the daughter of George and Mary Litzenberger. She attended schools in Endicott and Colfax. Following graduation from the University of Idaho she taught school. Later she received a MS and DEd in Special Education from the University of Oregon. She was a Clinical Psychologist for Eugene Public Schools and later taught at the University of Oregon.
She loved to travel including several trips around the world. She especially liked visiting Jagodnaja Poljana, the home of her ancestors.
Eva was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority (75 years) and Pi Lambda Theta honor society.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Kenneth O'Neil and Willard Balderree; brother, Walter; and sisters, Alma McGuire and Phoebe Lane. She is survivied by a brother, Ramon; and several nephews and nieces.
Private services will be held in Endicott, Wash.
