Fugitive — Cecil Arthur Sollers, 50, 800 block of N. Central Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Sollers Thursday for being a fugitive in Washington state charged with second-degree felony assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Driving Under The Influence — Gerardo Delacruz-Flores, 29, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies early Sunday arrested Delacruz-Flores on charges of felony driving under the influence of alcohol, misdemeanor driving while suspended, endangerment and being in the country illegally. He was lodged the Jackson County Jail without bail. Fugitive — Tammy Lee Keagy, 35, of an unknown address. Medford police arrested Keagy early Sunday for being a fugitive from Idaho. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Fugitive — Phillip David Helmuth, 45, of Boise, Idaho. Medford police arrested Helmuth early Sunday for being a fugitive from Idaho.

Sheriff's calls

A Jacksonville man was taken into custody and then released on bail for allegedly pointing a handgun Sunday at campers at Emigrant Lake in Ashland and threatening to kill them. Jackson County sheriff's deputies determined Stephen Barnes, 53, was intoxicated. He was charged with two counts of menacing and two counts of pointing a firearm.
